The health of a ministry’s board is one of the most important parts of Christian ministry; yet, it is the aspect of leadership that is rarely discussed. A healthy board can help ensure a ministry flourishes, is sustained, and can protect the leadership in times of crisis. The workshop will identify the key principles of a healthy trustee board and the roles played by the chair, trustees, and ministry leaders, as well as identify the underlying biblical principles.
